At AuriaMode, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to make an exchange or return, please follow the guidelines below:

✅ Timeframe

• You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.

• Requests made after this period unfortunately cannot be processed.

🔁 Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for size, color, or a product of equal value , depending on stock availability.

• The shipping cost for the first exchange is on us.

💸 Returns & Refunds

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with original tags attached .
